« on: 19 April 2010, 18:38:42 »

Can any one tell me what the differences are please  :question
I have read that my 4x4 should have demineralised water in the engine but thats going to be a bugger to flush out and refill properly  :question
We use soft water at work is that either of them which I use in the washer bottle (stops the streaks on the windscreen) Any suggestions please. I am going to use VX red antifreeze in it   by the way

In theory, distilled water will be better as demineralised has been simply filtered and passed over a resin to soften it.

So is demineralised the same as soft we have two units with resin filters and salt beds to make our soft water here at work
Thanks For the answer Mr DTM  :y
