Another years motoring

Pleased to announce that after Thursdays fail I took my estate state for a retest this morning and it passed so I was very happy until I got to the Post Office where I got robbed for £205 instead of £190 for my tax.I still think it is not fair that you receive one price then pay another  >:(  God knows what next year brings  ::)
