It raining today so cant do much to the car but i've been asked for pictures of the bits i've bought to replace the EGR valve and plastic Turbo Diesel bit that leaks that horrible sooty oil all over the place.
This is the bit that bolts to the inlet manifold inplace of the EGR valve, it has a clean bore and no piston through it like the EGR valve so airflow should be improved.
It has the bolt holes to connect the pipe from the exhaust manifold to the EGR valve but the centre section is blocked. I'm doing away with the pipe so i've made this which will bolt onto the exhaust manifold.
I'm also getting rid of the plastic Turbo Diesel pipe and replacing with these.
There should be enough of the alloy pipe for 2 more so if anyone wants a length at £8 posted, (thats what it cost me x 3) let me know and I can give you the link for the 57mm, 90 deg silicone hose.
