I had my tool chest (I can just about lift it) in the boot with jack and axle stands and the old wheesel still spins its rear wheels :)

Next on the list is a de-cat ;)

I remember when MDTM did mine, I managed a controlled slide round the last part of the A606/A46 roundabout in an auto tractor :o.

oh thats good news!!! when i first chipped mine i was over the moon for 6days!! then on a nice long straight gave it full throttle to over take someone and the revs rose like a rocket, but the car slowed down!! :'(
lol oh well it was only 3 hours to fit a new one! and i used a 3 litre clutch as its about 5mm bigger than the td, but still fits in the flywheel, so far its done 50k and never given me a moments worry! :y so you like the extra power mate??

Jiiggery pokery, in that you mean he soldered in a new chip, or something different to that?

You'll have to let us know what the economy is like, once you've stopped ragging it's a**e off.

Mine mpg was down, around 5mpg less with new chip, apparently theres a choice of what chip you can have fitted.

Mick ;)

The MID talks rubbish after chipping, but in most cases, people see around 10% improvement is actual MPG (measured the old fashioned way)
