radiator tanks

ok just out trying o find out is it common for the end tansk on the omegas rad to crack i now there was with the ones on my colton as they would split along a mold line but my wife omegs has a hair line crak in top of one side  and thinking of geting a second hand one if ther is no real isue with them

or best place on net to order one from

got it patched at mo with some araldite metal putty look as if its been ther a long time hiden under cover 
but if ther not a problem with the tank craking ect then second hand will  be fist choice as penny tight at mo

in case any one else has a problem like this after spending a lot of time phoning my loac vaux dismalters ect came to desision to by newe rad as the difrenc in price of new one from new was not that much more and with 12 month warenty as was looking at aroun 50 for second hand and 90 for new with delivery and full warent  not worth old rad that may give problem and even cost more in long run
