Sealed for life but VX recomend a 60K fluid change I beleive!  :y

It's not a difficult job to be honest, just takes time. Sassanach fitted drain plugs on mine so the fluid can be drained easily before you drop the sumps. Saves getting an ATF shower  :y

Seems like a perfectly sensible thing to do. No more ATF showers.     :y

I am thinking of asking a local mechanic to change mine - he has a 4 post lift and is not expensive.
