That should be me out of the woods then. I went through a gatso at around 55mph on an A road ........ with the caravan on tow on the 1st of the month ::)  ::)
Is a Gatso clever enough to 'see' if you're towing?

i think you will find they have a 6 month window...got that from a solicitor but i was also told the way the camera partnerships are set up they can't chase everyone they catch :y

Nope, they have 14 days to send the NIP (over rules apply if dvla info inaccurate, but then you are in a different pile of shite)

I too, as I'm sure Hotel21 will remember, have done the fingernail biting waiting, both times mobile cameras, both times well above what I should have been doing  :-[

But an artic is always an artic as per its reg plate & on an A road always has a limit of 40. Depending on whether I have a trailer on or not depends whether I've a limit of 50 or 60  :-/  :-/ . If I had a trailer on, and went through a Gatso at 58, would it know?  :-/
