when you think how quickly and without considering it properly they have rushed it through its ridiculous, they are saying you cannot drive into the inside of the m25 without risking a 200 pound fine perday!!! admittedly thats for transit type vehicles but how many couriers are going to  be out of work with this?? jeez

A SWB tranny wouldn't be covered by this - seem to recall MGW is 2.8T?

A LWB probably would be though...

lol by the emisssions thing a jag stype diesel auto cant go but a stype manual diesel can?
ok so the manual can redline it right through london and the auto just tiptoes along who makes more emisssions or crap then? stupid!!

My neighbour has got his new company car - had to go for petrol, as the tax is less than the diesel :o

I always smile as I pass the "Low Emissions Zone" signs in the MR2.. the MR2 that spits neat petrol out of the exhaust on overrun. ;D

In his defence, the congestion zone is shrinking by about a third though, which means I don't have to tolerate the overpriced, uncomfortable, unreliable chiltern slug - its now cheaper to drive and park, than get 2 people on cheap day return to Marylebone...
