Crap in the snow

Bad hill just before where I live.

2 Soft roaders no issue
1 soft roader with one poorly Omega OK
1 FWD VW people carrier OK

1 small FWD hatch - fail
1 Omega with a lot in the boot - big fail including popping an LPG T piece due to high engine temperatures.

No problems here or on my daily commute yet, plenty of opposite lock required though when driving up hill wagging the tail or playing on the corners! ;D

If its any concilation my mondeo is even worse in the snow than the Omega was!!!!

The crap that a cat deposited under my wife's car last night didn't freeze & its now stuck to the sole of my right boot >:(

Apart from an incident in our road where I had to rock the car, the Omega has, as always, been flawless.  Occasionally we have a bit of a tail wag, sometimes unexpected, sometimes provoked ::)

If Martin Imber is boiling up enough to pop pipes, there is a bigger underlying issue - you'd have to be giving it some severe large for a while to negate the effect of the fans in this weather.
