....so why is every petrol station still charging amounts ending in .9p.....was there any other reason to increase prices overnight? :-?

My local 'independent' put unleaded prices up by four (whole) pence last night to £141.9 !!!!!!

I was however, heartened to find that veggie-oil is still 72ppl at ASDA! 8-)

.......it`s surely going to hit 150.ppl with the VAT and if when Crude prices soar.

Shouldn't that be £0.075p? I read £0.75p when I opened the thread and couldn't believe it so searched google. Just to clarify for people who may be confused. 

Its £1.20.9 for petrol and £1.24.9 for diesel at my local Shell.

There is no £-sign in Debs post, so yes, 0.75p (three quarters of a penny)..

Is it? Im now thinking about buying a shed load while its at them prices... I dont even own a diesel car though  Hmm... One day I will though. Can't see veg oil having a shelf life?

Wonder if the old Petter Diesel (AB1) I have will run on Veggie Oil  :-/

Nope... That was the Duty Rise... VAT then goes on top of that on the 4th

i maxed my bora at tesco at 123.9p yesterday, i'll get about 3 weeks out of that

stuck £37 in the omega at the local shell garage this morning, surprisingly still at 123.9p

£1.21.9 for unleaded n £1.24.9 for diesel at Sainsburys (White rose, Leeds).
Thats gone up 2p since last thursday  then vat rise to come
