My brother was involved in the redesign to make the RS200 road legal, after the original (German, IIRC) design failed to pass the tests...

There was a time when they started 8 cars at a time at Lydden Hill.  The lines into the corners appear to be a bit flexible though!

Apologies for the picture quality.  I wasn't very old then!

And yes, the RS200s did unravel quite fast when they collided!  Fantastic car though.

Well, it would beat walking there....  Or did you mean 3 wheelers competing.? ;D

Actually, both of the above might be fun for a while. :D

An old workmates wife worked at Ford at Boreham years ago, and got taken round the test track in a works rally RS200.
She said the most impressive thing was actually the brakes. It felt like the seat mountings were going to snap and she would be propelled through the windscreen every time he stamped on the slow down pedal.

I usually find 'firk off' works quite well.. or is that not the kind of reply you were struggling with?  ;D

Might not work too well in this case. ;) I've never tried to drive a car with a button on the dash to operate each fuel injector manually, but it can't be much fun.  :-X
