Ford are suing Ferrari over their use of the F-150 name for their new F1 car becuase........................wait for it.............................Ford believe it will detracts from its own F-150 brand of best-selling pickup trucks.   !!!!

Well joking aside, who would want their Ford F-150 pick-up being mistaken for an Ferrari F1 car??

I'm sure Ford have infringed on some "names" themselves that they've pinched from the past inventions...

Personally speaking, I don't think people would really care if there was a Ford F150 and a Ferrari F1 F150.  One's a pick up, the other a race car.

And if Ford think that it would detract from their pick up, get a life Ford....

.... sounds to me like Ford Management are having an Automotive bedroom confidence issue.

But as Clarkson once said, all F150 pick up interiors seem to be made by ikea I believe (or was it wheelie bins...).
