MOT failure?
« on: 10 March 2011, 20:46:15 »

Took Alfie for his annual fittness test today, alas he failed, badly it seems.
ON THE SAME STEERING IDLER ARM,as last year,it has covered less than 6 thousand miles in this last year.
I smell a rat ,it,s the same mot test garage, the same guy,he says that there is a lot of play in the idler who am I to question him,--------but theres no work ongoing in the garage, methinks some underhand
scheming in going on.
Theres  no way that this little chick is going to hand over a bundle of notes to himfor something that I can fix AGAIN.

Let you know how the retest go,s.

Take it somewhere else. I have been using the same independant for years, thought I could trust him. But money is tight and last year he changed a tyre that I know was fine. So....hasta la vista baby... ;D

you need a MOT station that doesn't do repairs ... he couldn't give a monkey's then if it fails - financially.
