Been driving my dads new BM the weekend as hes away and the mig is off the road due to a knackered waterpump.

Much say i love it. 8 speed Auto gearbox is amazingly smooth, 2.0 diesel 181bhp and double that nearly in torque is very smooth and ride and interior comfort/quality is really top notch. I averaged 52mpg too!

Only criticism is that the front nose is a bit flat and the bonnet is MASSIVE which makes driving down narrow lanes a bit tricky.

at £30000 its the entry level model which is dear but apart from sat nav it had everything.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 days and 100 miles in it.  :y

Indeed del. £30000 ish it cost with Auto gearbox and. Hes got it in white and it looks great. even a 525d M sport with a few toys is £40000!

None of the new beemers float my boat. Ordinary cars are vastly inflated prices, trading on their once good heritage.

The problem is, not many RWD options remain :(

I agree, although I still stick by in my opinion, they're the best cars out there.
