I am no expert on the miggy, but reading though it the one thing that jumped out at me was the number of tyres being put on it.

From July 2008 - June 2010 and a total of 14k miles, it has had 6 new tyres and not cheapy wing wong wah tyres either.

Wishbones shot, geometery out a fair bit?  Just seems a bit excessive to me, or maybe the rear shocks (that have apparently been replaced) have been shot for quite some time.
