Darth Loo-Knee and the force
« on: 17 August 2011, 06:23:40 »

ok hes not 6ft 6 in a black mask cape etc more like 5ft 10 stocky tracky bottoms and pink sandles (yes pink) and a tool for everything

After lots of recomendations by forum members i thought i would make the 500 mile round trip and get Daz to do the work need on my omega a lot of miles and long day but not a massive bill with lots of extras and charges at the end of it

Daz carried out a complete belt replacement full service overhauld rear brakes and changed the starter motor plus lots of other bits that i am sure he did not charge for

Absolute pleasure spending the day with him excellent advice and chat and i learnt quite a bit about the car even though i got sent to the back seat to have a kip as i kept falling asleep.

The car is now awsome it flies silky smooth plus an extra 3-4 mpg when i can keep the speed down which is hard now as the car is so responsive

you may think i must be nuts to travel 500 miles but its was worth every mile watching parts removed cleaned greased and put back, nothing was too much trouble and the results speak for themeselves excellent

genuine honest bloke thanks Daz :y

he gave me a thrupence and said by yourself a little something with that.

I did get a little run in the latest project ;D nearly shit my pants.

spot on Paddy thanks will be having another visit santas work shop once we know what the knocking noise is from the gear box was not the starter motor as we hoped ( dont think daz will be changing any more of them that was a job and some )

dolly doughnut  :D( wifey )has to give the car a run since Daz has worked on it I pitty the poor dog as her lead boot makes contact with the accelerator think i will have to peel him of the rear window she will be well impressed dog wont see the funny side of it though :o may have to get him a dog seat not that greyhounds can sit
