Flushed out the coolant and replaced with fresh coolant :)

Also unblocked the heater matrix, it started with a trickle then all of a sudden - and with a pop - a shit load of brown crap came out.... flushed it both ways about 4 times until the water was clear.... nice and toasty on the school run in a morning now, along with the bum warmers, the kids and wife might not complain about getting to sit on cold leather seats in a morning now :y

ATS.. today for a 4 wheel alignment on the white MV6 and the blue Elite, the red MV6 is booked in for early tomorrow, thought they would get the hump having to do all three, but as soon they found out that all front and rear track rods have been replaced they suddenly became really helpful, as it's usually the greeting of ''we hate Omegas''  : ::):) Now I'll be able to dump the last of the Chinese ditch finders which were put on as a stop gap until the work on the steering and suspension was completed :y The cars should hopefully now go in the direction that they are pointed at :o

Reset the camber... looks like I bent summat when the wishbone snapped :'( as I can only get the offside front camber down to 1°12 min... no more adjustment on the hub. Still better than it was... ie the wrong side of 2° ::)

Possible I guess, but more likely a slight bend on the strut... needs new struts anyway as they're getting a bit bouncybouncybouncy, but trying to prioritise new bits for the black one to get it on the road before it completely disolves :-[

Drove the mummybus (Galaxy tdi auto) through autumn mist (ie fog) to work.

Absolutely love the heated front screen  :y - I often get caught out in the Omega when the (initially clear) front screen mists over moments after I pull out onto the main road.  :(

Buffed up the Omega headlights. Used P1200 wet and dry and then Menzerna Polish on the leccy polisher pad. Came up quite good considering I only spent about ten minutes on each lamp.  :)

Fitted my new coolant expansion tank and thought how nice the engine bay would look all polished up. (Mr Omegaman's fault for posting up his shiny engine bay pictures)  :y
I didn't do it, I just thought about it.  ;D
