Love the classic 6 series, do like idea of buying a classic beemer like that. Engine bays look nice and easy to work on

I really need to put some go-go juice in it, not been filled since before I went to Cyprus in July. Trouble is, I CBA...

Topped up the expansion tank only small amount. Looking at the breather box bit rusty think the HBV is leaking. Fiddly bugger but manageable.

Tyres arrived yesterday, being fitted on Thursday...

And watched 3 blokes from Autonoglass fail spectacularly to fit a screen rubber :D

Been enjoying the 3.2 past few days, much more so than usual, not sure why. Effortless wafting about, heater matrix flushing done while ago means nice hot cabin.

Washer fluid needs a top apparently :)

Washed the mig and polished it twice ready for the winter.

Cleaned all the crap out of the water drains.
Cleaned the rear arch lips out and give it a nice thick coat of chassis paint.

Machine polished the front headlights with G3 cutting compound.
Then polished them up with some autoglym super resin polish to finish them off.
Not perfect but you can now easily see the beam focus on a board so much better.

Was going to give it another coat of polish but its raining so i'm off for a shower then off to the pub  :D :D
