Fitted new rear brake pad pins and anti squeal plate thingies on the back ....ten min job , no more squeal . If only all jobs were as easy as that  ::) ;)

Finally put the tax disc and number plates back on the MR2 and took it for a shake-down now the interior is back together. Boy that car needs an alignment! (No surprise, having had all the suspension arms off recently ;D) It steers from the rear somewhat..

Got the Silver Bullet dirty. Very dirty. Looks like I've been rallying in it.

Had an oil level warning, so got to find a dealer around here as well.

Fitted wheel arch "boxes" kindly supplied by Twiglet

I was going to paint them to match, but thought they looked ok anyway and wouldnt show any "dinjes"

Removed the Laguna splitter off the front bumper that the previous owner must have thought looked rather dashing but my view was some what different  :D :D

got replacement carpet and all trim for load area even carpet off rear seats cost me £15  :y

used £70 worth of fuel went to see my poorly big brother up in suffolk did i keep to speed limit at these prices i thought 'dangle berries' go for it lifes to short, but glad i dont use her every day its just reached £144.9 and weve not had the buget yet bastards

following on from being rescued by the RAC on Thursday, 'Morticia' now has a replacement alternator fitted which is working fine and still charging properly when the lights, etc, are on.

Certainly have the bits to fix one (bearings and reg)

Should have said, pretty sure I have a spare in the garage......somewhere!.

Changed oil and filter after 6000 km, needed a new one for a long journey coming this week

Stripped all the old knackered suspension of my new Elite & slung it all in the bin, then took all the suspension for my old CDX which has only been on for a few months & stuck it all on the Elite  :y :y
