Is that code for going to a special wholesaler for a big bag of white powder to sell in small foils out of the window?

Broke it yet again.  Trivial issue, but this is becoming a bit too regular now.

Have you been rough with Mrs TB's pussy again, or playing with your own this time? :-\

Yesterday, Gixer and I did the ATF in the BBP, before treating ourselves to a curry night.

Today, I played with her pussy, and changed the No 1 glow plug and cleaned the MAP following a limp mode in the week.

Finally fixed the phantom horn syndrome on the Boxster. Thought I fixed it last week, but hadnt used enough Tiger seal.  ;D
Also fixed the window drop problem. The window is supposed to drop slightly when the door handle is pulled, to allow to to drop out of the recess on the hood, and then lift to original position when the door is closed again.
A dose of contact cleaner around the microswitch and connectors seems to have cured it.
Omega is getting neglected somewhat with another maintenance hungry car on the fleet, but I dont use it that often, so hopefully it isnt deteriorating too much.
Was planning to do quite a few little jobs on it this summer, but that will probably run to next summer now.

For what it cost you've had very few expensive problems with your Boxster.

Infrared headlights for the Night View Assist arrived whilst I was away so set about fitting them to the car.

Parcelfarce very kindly broke one of the motorised cages for the cornering headlights, so had to dismantle one of my original lights to swap the unit over. Also took the opportunity to replace all the front bulbs.

All back together and just needs the windscreen replaced and the system calibrated and that will be another mod finished.

Yep , its been reasonably cheap to run for what it is. Easily comparable to running an Omega.
My one big worry was the cost of tyres when they wear out.
A couple of weeks ago I bought a set of normal 17" Boxster wheels with a pair of brand new Toyo Proxes tyres on the rear for just over £100
Ive just sold the 18" Sport Design wheels I took off (with pretty worn Jinyu,s on) for nearly £500. :)

The indicator switch gave trouble recently - wouldnt stay on when indicating left. Usually around £150 second hand for a replacement.
Dismantled it, found a little piece of broken plastic and glued it back  into place with a hot glue gun. Works perfectly now.  :)
With quite a lot of parts being silly money, it concentrates the mind not to play parts darts.

Yesterday afternoon had to get the laptop out again on hers, as the glow plug light wouldn't go off.  The instructions on certain procedures on the genuine dial tools really are crap, no wonder the dealers never use it ;D

Had the oil and filter changed on the mighty Signum.

I supplied oil and filter.

30 minutes for labour. Total charge £25.

Saves me getting my donnies dirty. :)

Driving along the M4 this afternoon....  Thwack!  And a nice bullseye stone chip about the size of a 20p coin appeared in the windscreen right in my eyeline.  ::)

Bastid!  >:(
