So far - cleaned breathers, tightened spark plugs to correct torque (they needed it too), changed dispack, just had lunch and am now going back out to replace thermostat. Not sure if I will get it all back together today .Hope I do,as it would be nice to start it up and hopefully find its running as it should.

Put summer tyres on (Kumo 31's) then gave trusty steed a damn good jet wash.

Tanked up on gas, worked out mpg. 25 to gallon on last load of gas :)

So aiming for 27 out of this one now. :)

After passing the spanners to JamesV6CDX fitting the AR35 box to the TD last weekend, refitted the V5 chip last night. I'd forgotten what a difference it makes. It, almost, feels like the V6. ::) ::) ::)

findings so far after fitting the poly bushes to the wishbones are a marked improvement in cross winds and general handling steering feels much more positive only thing is it seems to have highlighted the rear end problems so time to save up for some pedders subframe bushes . are the rear tie rod bushes a common problem and is it worth replacing them as well ?

All over the last few weeks  ;)

Had to get 2 locking wheel nuts removed from the front wheels because the previous owner didn't leave the key in the car as he said he did  >:( >:( >:(
One of the wheels got a little alloy damage so touched it up with lacquer as a temp measure for protection.

All 4 brake callipers stripped, cleaned / freed up, rubber piston seals replaced on the front and all re built with new pads all around.
Ground the lip off the front discs so the pads fit nicely.

Autobox selector switch stripped, cleaned and replaced.

OEM front speakers replaced with Infinity components.

Finished the lpg hardware swap from the old car.
Now just got to get it mapped  :'(

2nd oil change in the last 1500 miles.

Next on the list ............... fit rear component speakers and maybe a sub in the bose position  :-\
