Not so easy to take my business elsewhere as I have to go 10 miles out of my way. I will soon be using proper fuel when the 190D is on the road. Back to 40ish mpg at 45ppl. ;) :)

Drained and flushed the coolant system, replaced with nice fresh pink coolant. New air filter and pollen filter fitted and possibly found the fault of cold air on the drivers side, happy days :y

Thermostat for me today, changed my cheap aftermarket to a genuine VX one after it only lasted 4 months and is now back to running at 75C! I was warned on here, so my own fault!

At leasts its a 2.2 so only a 15 min job :-)

Now taxed for 6 months. Had a intermittent misfire due to water in passenger side plug wells. Sucked out and dried out and running well but have ordered a used genuine Bosch one. Yesterday it was treated to a cambelt kit and waterpump, some lovely fresh coolant and a oil and filter change.

Don't forget to seal the scuttle up, else you'll be doing it all again in a couple of months :-\
