New pair of headlight bulb in the little roller skate, also topped up fluids - they do tend to use a bit of oil.
It has a major issue now though. The electric PAS motor has become very noisy, and replacing it involves removing the whole dash before even starting to remove it, which also means removing the steering column, as the motor and column need to be kept as one unit.
So, do I bother ?
Or do I call it a day and replace it with something like this.  ::) :D

I get free charging at work, so economically, it makes sense.  :-\

My heart would rather buy this though.

The Leaf is the obvious choice, especially as you can charge it up at work.

You're too old to be crawling around under the royale, and that's what would happen. At least if you had to do any jobs on the leaf, your missus could post a picture of your smoking shoes on the driveway to give us all a laugh  ;D

That Prius/Pious/Leaf thing only has a 24 KW battery.

It won't go very far with that. ::)

Ooops Can't upload the picture of a Nissan Leaf with the solar panels strapped to the roof.   :-\

You'll have to use your imaginations.  :)

Dont need the solar panels (Ive seen the pic btw) as I have free charging.
Would rather there was a free to use petrol pump at work, but life isnt perfect.  :D
Might just fix the PAS on the roller skate and hope it (or me) lasts until I plan to retire on 28/10/29.  ::)

Washed the ML. Probably the 3rd time since buying it... In August  :-[

Apparently it's silver :o
Much to the annoyance of the Polishing Brigaded - aka any Jag forum - mine got 2 washes in the last 12 months, one of those being a dunk in a puddle.

Washed SWMBOs Toyota , first time since about Sep/Oct come up a treat, can't make up our minds whether to PX it against a newer one it will be 4 years old in July we paid £22,000 for it PX offer is £17,250 it's only on 14,000 miles so would last us for years yet .

3500 miles a year, you'd be part ex'ing it just because you want to. As you say I'm sure you'd get more than a decade out of it before it started to give you any trouble, probably moreif you got some lanoguard or similar on the non-shiny bits  :y

I've booked the iX to the local BMW stealer to have some niggles addressed. 3rd March, I wonder what colour the pov spec 1-series they give me as a courtesy car will be...  ;D

Front brakes reassembled and gave it a bath. Scrubbed up nicely. 8)

Managed not to make too much mess but a litre of brake fluid was barely enough. :o

Booked in for a brake fluid change on Thursday just to make sure the air is all out of it and to change the fluid on the rears.

Still waiting on Don't Handle Logistics to deliver the tyres so I can get them fitted and then start thinking about getting the MoT done.
