oh no that's terrible, what's going to happen to your car? I take it it's a write off? Such a waste

obv im glad no one was hurt and all that, but if you run into the back of someone then surley you didnt leave enough room to stop? especaily if your towing a caravan..........

anyway please dont take this the wrong way, just wish people woild hold their hands up sometimes and admit 'i was being a c**k and didnt leave myself enough braking distance'

ive done the same and its so annoying, but in the end i only had myself to blame, people in front are entitled to have an accident if the are that way inclined so give yourself enough room to stop, esp if towing a plastic pretend house.

hmmm... you have a point but the van had moved into my braking zone and 2 seconds later he had crashed.... when towing a caravan it does not matter how much space you leave there is always somone that wants to pull infront of you reducing braking distances.... I agree with you though just in this case there was nowhere and nothing i could do except pray !!!

Cheers

That's a bloody shame mate, your car is a lovely car too :( :( . At least you and everyone else is ok though which is the main thing, cars can be replaced, people can't  :y :y

Ah, that's slightly different from how it 1st sounded, isn't it always that case, leave yourself room and some pillock dives into it.

Ooh, it's sad seeing a car like that, but good you're ok though!

The damage doesn't look terminal to me, at least it wouldn't have been a write-off in Norway (worth at least £15k here, in that condition)..
Hope you get sorted :)

well it has been written off, the cheeky beggars at the insurance company offered £800, i challenged it and he said i could get a 2.0ltr select for that and there were plenty about,,, I had to point out the error of his ways and evetually got what it would cost me to replace.

now just got to find a suitable replacement :-/
