Where has my v6 whistle gone?
« on: 24 July 2007, 18:39:11 »

I don't have a nice smooth v6 whistle, if you know what I mean. I have done cam gaskets, oil and filter, plugs, aux belt tensioner and exhaust, cats back.
Just the timing belt kit to do. Will the timing belt kit give me the well known v6 sound back?

it should be A LOT better with what you have done, the timing will make it sound nicer and steadier if anything....the actual engine note itself ( under acceleration for example) wont change.  :)
