I think i has summat to do with the laws of physics....hot things expand and therefore plugs are in there tighter than a knats arse tight things are....plus hot things are generally well ummm hot  ;D

Its 6PM  :o

You remind me off my black lab Tunnie  ;D
She wakes up for breakfast and has a 20 min walk.....then snoozes all day.....wakes up again for dinner an another 20 min walk....then snoozes again all evening.....pops out briefly b4 i go to bed for a wee....then sleeps all night....

Only difference is i can see you probably dont for two 20 min walks a day and probably dont go outside for a wee  ;D ;D

Mines only 4....but a lab is food orientated....food shes happy....no food shes asleep  ;D

same here, as soon as i get a crisp packet or something russles, or she can smell. she's hovering around me.

She could be fast asleep, but as soon as she hears russle russle, bam she's next to me wanting bits.. ;D ;D

Well....if my car is parked right outside my house......she does sit and watch me change the plugs from the front door  ;)

Fish an chips.....nahh....now kebabs, where do i start... ;D

I can see the arrows ok  :) and thats on a tiny laptop screen.
Its probably the blinding light coming of your shiney engine AA  ;D

Could be the fact i am running a very high res here, 1400 x 1050.

The photos of my brake bleed and oil change look quite small acutally!  :o

But if its clear then its probably my silly high resolution, don't worry about it AA.

Just for the record, the GM Part Number for the spark plugs according to Trade Club:

2.0/2.2 (twin electrode) (GM09) P/N 9195109 / Retail £3.08 / Trade £2.43 / Trade Club £1.73 (+VAT)

And just to re-cap something I mentioned some time ago when I changed my plugs on the V6, while we all know that the GM/Vauxhalls plugs are Bosch re-badged, I was still quite surprised when I saw that the original factory-fitted plugs on my engine were actually Bosch-branded, not GM/Vauxhall...

One last point -

There have been mixed views whether spark plugs should be fitted dry or with copper grease on the threads (which is what we used to do in the 'old days' to make sure they don't seaze), but since the factory-fitted ones that I removed had copper grease on them, I used copper grease on the new ones as well. But as I said there have been mixed views about this so make up your own mind...

not doing them up too tight is the other way to stop seizing. I've seen vx monkeys really putting a lot of effort into over-tightening...
