I've got 2 today
That because if anyone welcome a 'new' user more than a week after their 'Hello' post, I moan.

Thats not fair.
If someone go's on Holiday for 2 weeks and cant get to a pc are they not allowed to welcome someone that joined 10 day before they returned from hols.

Oh and I can't manage more than 6 posts a minute (my PC and two on remote control)

In reality, we got in a silly situation, whereby people were welcoming 'new' members that had joined weeks/months ago. Other people were seeing 'new' posts, but as it had been so long, forgotten they had already welcomed them, and did it again, causing a vicious circle.  In a few cases, they were welcoming ex members and no longer active members. A really silly situation.

So we decided, no more welcoming after a week.

Hope that makes sense to the reasons, if not let me know.  Or badger me or one of the other Admins at the not-in-Wales Wales meet :)
