new one signing in
« on: 21 March 2009, 21:13:01 »

Added the 1998 2.5TD to our family just before christmas "for the wife", after the Rover 416 checked out. Had some troubles, as usual with older vehicles -- new water pump (silly plastic design). Hope the Omega turns out as reliable as our other "banger" -- Rover Montego Countryman with Perkin 2.0 diesel which we've owned for 4 years with little trouble so far (probably shouldn't have said that). Also run an old Laverda 750, so I'm used to the "character" of older vehicles.

Life is busy with a wife, house, job, two cars, a motorbike........ Don't know how I find time to drink beer (Abbot, yummy), listen to Planet Rock and "waste time on this forum". Yes dear. ::)

Hope I don't need to visit too often.
