Hi
« on: 02 April 2010, 20:58:52 »

Hi im marc, i just bought a omega x reg 2.0 petrol auto.  So far pleased with it.  Can anyone answer me what the ice/snow button does on the side of the auto selector and also does anyone have a manual or advice on how to use the radio because at the mo we are not getting along.  Also any advice on keeping the inside of the car hot when the temp gauge lowers on the motorway.  Any help would be much appreciated and i look forward to your replies, Cheers

"Hello" and welcome :)

Tech questions best asked in "Omega General Help" as more of  "them that know" read there !!

"snow" button is used in snow & ice and causes the car to pull away in 3rd gear, thus trying to avoid wheelspin.

If the temp gauge drops on the motorway it suggests your engine thermostat is not working as it should... does it take a long while to heat up first thing ??

Radio .. depends on the model ... ask in the ICE section and quiote the model number of the front ..

HTH .. :)
