Welcome!

What's that little kind of watch next the steering wheel?  I have already seen that but I don't know what is it...
Its the webasto... siroco.. hydronic.. pre heater, whatever you want to call it. but mine just won't start, i don't know why :)

Pre heater...? Never seen that ^^
How does it work?

you set the time for it to start ex 7am and you have to get in the car for work at 8am and by that time the engine water will be warm and the car interior

Wow very cool! I did not know this system existed for the Omega... It's an aftermarket or genuine? How can I buy and install one? ^^
mainly trucks have this system and its after market.. 99% of them are but verry usefull... i don't really know where to tell you to go but i guess a opel dealer and ask them how and where :)

Asked a local dealer today and the installation would cost 2400€ (2.034,58 £) !!!!!
I will not do so immediately ^^

that is a sure rip-off :(... you could just get one from ebay or something and ask a local service to install it on the car.

I will look that soon but I don't think that I will find a complete and working one...
