Sump plug

I going to change the oil tomorrow and was wondering if the sump plug has a brass washer or not.

Mine is a 98 2.5 and had the rubber washer, although I hadn't been sure beforehand and got both!
Not sure if yours will be different as it's 3.0 though.

If yours has torx type, then integral rubber washer, if its normal bolt, copper washer...

The torx type has an O-ring that should be replaced. They cost 12p from the dealer.

I only change rubber one if its gone hard...  ...always change copper ones though...

Wish I'd known that ended up forking out for a complete sump plug last oil chenge. >:(
