TD the jobs in question are VERY easy mate, and aided by AA's wonderful how to, you cant go wrong mate !

One thing i did notice having done my breathers twice now in 12 months ( oil change intervals) - the first time there was some noticeable crap in them, especially the cam cover to throttle body pipes, second time, there was the slightest of desposits ( but still cleaned them out) . The crankcase to cam cover breather on mine has always remained very clear !

One job that AA did an how to for, has had the biggest impact on my car - cleaning throttle body !

My throttle body always looked loverly and clean ( sitting bolted to the car) but always seemed to have a slight oily despoit around the joint where the air intake tube sits/clamps on top of it !

Off came the throttle body and OH MY GOD , the inside/underneath looked like Sadam Hussiens under pants ! As crapped up as anything i have ever seen ! 1/2 hour later a can of carb clean, some suitable small diameter wire ( to poke out little breather holes) it looked brand new again !
Mounted back on car with new gasket and bolted down , no more oily deposits, so far on out side of throttle body.
AA's how to on this and the breather cleaning is excellent, and doesnt miss anything out ( dont worry you wont discover anything that isnt covered in the how to ), but as also mention in his how to, dont over tighten the throttle body when re-assembling

Good luck mate, although you wont be needing it  :y

Oh - if your breather pipes are quite chocked up, which mine were first time around, use lots of carb cleaner and a coat hanger with a rag on the end of it , or similar to push through the breather hoses ( straightened out of course)  ;D
