hi i have a 2.0l omega estate manual, the car is spot on apart from the stalling. It starts first time and idles lovely once you go on a run no matter how long  and you stop the car to get fuel or go shop when you get back and start the car up it will not even tick over and it stalls every time u dip the clutch.. any ideas mick.

Breathers and throttle body need cleaning.

Idle Control Valve (ICV) needs cleaning...

To do this properly you need to

1) Remove the throttle body
2) Clean it thoroughly
3) Remove the idle valve and clean it thoroughly then lightly oil it
4) Check and clean all the breathers
5) Fit a flame trap assembly to the rear vent hose (back right of the engine on the cam cover)

                 thanks for the help
    had time to renew breather pipes
 and got new trap for back of engine cleaned
  everything and put a load of carb cleaner down and so far so good
  ticks over a treat even if i leave it at a shop
 for a min
