heater not working omega 2lt 96

hi all i have been trying to sort this heater out. turn knobes to hot luke worm then cold. so far i have changed thermostat water pump a bit Knackerd changd it. Refilled, bled same problem check all air pipes seem o k help please                                                                                                                                                                                                  john

Check all of the vaccum lines around the rear of the engine bay....

thanks for getting back so fast mark. I have checked pipes from servo to the under right hand side off bolkhead  ok. I have chang them around no drferent. Do you no if that unit has bean at fault in the parst?                                                                                                                                                                                                john

Can't the HBV cause luke warminess if its Knacked, If its got one of course?

hbv ? wear do i find this and what is it there for. the car has not got a/c. becouse the top hose on matrex is hot bottem cold tells me that the tap is not turning on to let water it  though matrex?                                                                                                                                                                                                      john

Curious and just an idea but could it be a partially blocked heater matrix or even a leaking one, I didn't think non ac omega's had heater bypass valves.

Although if leaking the floor would be wet and it would smell.

Try running the garden hose through the heater pipes that go through the bulkhead, one and then the other probably find dirt will come out,  i haven't got an Omega yet but had the same problem with Our Rangey :y

i have flushed matrex and engen with soder cristels and run hose though sistem. ime not that fermiler with thiscar. ime trying to help a old man out. souds like some off you are taking the ???                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             john

When you flushed through the heater matrix, did it run through easily and clearly - the the hose entering matrix being hot and one leaving cold to me means its not flowing through.... ?
