Thanks all, checked your recommendations and cant find anything out of the usual so shall put it down to age and the previous owner not looking after her properly  >:(

My other issue of stalling as you slow down has reared its head again though. Thought changing the fuel filter and putting in some fuel cleaner as well as a fresh tank of juice would have sorted it and to be honest thought it had, however its started again on my way home from pontefract. Happens as you reach about 5-10mph but starts straight away when pushed into nuetral and turn ignition. Cant see whats causing it as it only started after I put in a bad batch of fuel.

Do u think I should leave alone until ive had a couple of fuel refills and the cleaner has had more time to work or do u possibly think their is something else causing this????????
