Is this all related ??
« on: 06 May 2007, 19:16:48 »

Hi guys ..just a quick question....am aware due to fault code 22 that I need to replace "throttle control sensor"and that is due Tuesday via fleabay....due to work had to use car today and had a rough ride with it as revs goinf all over the place and auto having to stop..left foot brake and rev car with right.....any way got home so all is well ...eml has been on today and just flashed up codes...have got 22 which know what is needed??/again have 73 which does appear from time to time so will assume that that will be resolved with engine running smoothly again once sensor replaced ..have also had 31 which is concerning as this is crank sensor but this was replaced the other day..do these go that quick or is it a case of "one thing leads to another"and all will be well when throttle sensor is replaced

31 is normal if the engine isn't running...

I think code 73 is MAF sensor and this often pops up spuriously when there are other faults.

Well with the TPS giving completely daft readings various sensors including the MAF sensor will also get rather upset, so I would not worry about that at all.

Oh and 73 often pops up with crank sensor issues, so it could be an old code.
