BHP Potential?
« on: 20 June 2007, 15:58:30 »

Hi,

What is the bhp potential of a normally aspirated 3.0 v6 elite? , also does anyone do a supercharger conversion or a twin turbo conversion?

If so what are the bhp figures for them? , and are they reliable?

dont waste your ££££. i'm in the process of transplanting a 6.0 V8 northstar engine from a holden into my omega MV6. looking at £2000 to get all the bits, inc gear box linkage, propshaft adapted to fit my Diff. then the easy bits(lol)ignition, fueling, enginemounts etc.do it right, useing the correct regulators, HT leads, plugs and fuel i can reach 350bhp,and more if i spend £££!
Best of luck if you do supercharge/twin turbo.i looked into it, to get 300bhp out of the 3.0V6 looking at spending£3500 +.

Best Luck
