Front vacuum reservoir
« on: 27 June 2007, 16:34:18 »

Im understanding the diagram of the multiram clearly now (amazing what a few beers does to your concentration  ;D) anyway.... the hoses that i've connected up the front reservoir and solenoid is slightly backwards connected on my car, so need to re-route the smaller hose to the 'other' connector on the front vac reservoir, the one on the front is clear enough, but cant find the other to give me top marks on vacuum plumbing  :-[
Nice and simple, and hopefully my last post for help for a long time to come  :y

No worries everyone..... problem sorted, turns out a live underneath an old lady who's son is a vaux mechanic for a main stealer, he pottered around for almost an hour with electronic gadgets and what not, plugged my air hoses in the proper places, and my good god, it makes sooooo much difference - I thought the car was a monster before, but now its just incredible, the pick-up speed and 'pull' of the car is breathtaking - the wierd supercharger looking thingy-me-bob that one of the local stealers told me was a 'supercharger' even tho I swore blind to him it wasnt - turns out to be an extra engine coolant and heater pump combo (cops had em fitted for cold weather aparrently) thats why my engine temp runs cool according to the temp guage - he even did it all for the price of a 4 pack of beer, im well chuffed  :D
Thanks everyone for your help in my other posts, only prob I have now is blowing downpipe again, but thats not worrying me too much, just glad to have me car plummed in correctly  8-)
