A rather large Talisker, poured for me by SWMBO as I let her watch crappy Simon Cowell thingy and listened to the rugby on the radio :(

Why listen..Why not watch   :o

Even with a large single malt in me .. I still can't work out how to "watch" on the radio !!!!   :)

Get a rather TV card then   ;D ;D ;D

As most TV cards don't do Freeview, that wouldn't work either .. I could have watched channels 1-5 in the kitchen .. but the rugby was on ITV4 ... and only 1 freeview box in the house ..

and before you ask .. SWMBO didn't want to watch cowell thing on the small TV in the kitchen but wanted the 38" box in the lounge  .. the one attached to the freeview box ...

You need more Freeview boxes and a PVR.

Every TV (2) is Freeview here!

Thats just one PC.  Obviously, I have another PC with tuners in, the main panel in the lounge has a freeview tuner in, the TV in kitchen has a STB, as does panel in bedroom, TV in dining room has STB, and a spare STB currently sat at the top of stairs (sat there as a reminder to post to mum, but I keep forgetting!)

Started on Tennents and Buckfast at home, headed out to the local student gaf to do some clubbing... almost sobered up before getting in due to queuing for 30 mins :o

Once inside went to buy a pint of lager to discover that diesel is 1.60 a pint, that'll do me so I drank that for the rest of the night :)

Made it home about 5am, not bad considering the club shuts at 3am and my house is less than 10 mins walk away ;) still better than Friday night when I made it home at 6.30am!
