Agree, fix the known issue and see if symptoms persist.

HBV on 4 pot but no oil cooler...

Just to clarify,  HBV on 4 pot ONLY IF it has AC

Hi Just an update really. Since my last post radiator developed another leak, which i sealed using a special epoxy type sealant designed for rads and expansion tanks. Meega was ok for about 4weeks, then today it blew off the top hose. I fastened it back refilled coolant system but when i checked the car when i got home top and bottom hose were solid (I could sqeeze them but with a lot of effort) Unscrewed expansion tank top a little to relieve pressure, hoses went soft and pressure didn't rebuild at least while the car was ticking over.
     Anyone any ideas.
                                   Regards Julian.

One simple thing you can do is to check your spark plugs. If one or two of them has discolouration (most likely to be cyl#4) this can be an indication of coolant entering the combustion chamber.
