Why not take it back to the garage where you had the HG done and get them to do the work for free?? If you're paying £25 per month for a warranty then I would claim on this as well. Must we worth a punt with the garage though first.

Small problemo with that idea.
To be able to claim on the warranty, the service record has to be stamped up to date and its overdue at July this year.
Plus, as its done over 60K i have to pay £25 towards any repair costs.
On that basis, i may as well fix it myself, cancel the warranty and save the money....

I still suggest the sevo arms.
Lowest on each side are hot cold flaps (I think) both mine had popped off. Cold air only , irrespective of setting.
