Dashboard lights

The extreme right hand side dashboard light has died on my '99 cdx - fuel gauge etc.  Is it possible to replace the bulb from the opening on the right of the dash (visible when the door is open) or does the dash have to be removed.  Any help appreciated....

take dash out bud only takes 5 mins !! there is an how to on here !!  ;)
