Must admit.....i usually wait if theres summat in front of me behind a slow vehicle to get outa the way.....before i overtake the slow vehicle.

Many years ago when i was in my 20's......i remember i overtook a line of traffic......about 4 cars behind a tractor.....overtook the lot....on a straight and when i came back in....i just came back in on double white lines....not by much.....prolly a cars length i was over the white lines......problem was mr PC was sitting nearby parked up and saw me......2 miles later i got pulled up and result was 3 points and £60 fine  

PS Gald you survived Bob  ......think i might have let the other car run into the side of me......then its a case of they wernt lookng and in the wrong.......but then you have the hassle of dented omega.....and i know its defensive reaction that you take avoiding action.
