A Great Day Ahead Me Thinks

Been looking forward to today for quite some time now, EP is coming down soon to help me drop the Gearbox out of the MV6 so i can change the flywheel.
Then at six i'm being picked up for the main event of the evening, I'm off to Nottingham to watch the Amir Khan vs Scott Lawton fight  8-) I will be supporting Scott as i know his Dad. I do believe a few Ales will be passing my way at this time  ::) Not expecting to get home until 3 or 4 tomorrow morning. If i am still able to see i will be doing my best to stay up and watch our Boy  hopefully become F1 World Champ  :y Now if it all goes according to plan the next 24 hours are going to be very entertaining.

Dow, I'm not in Nottingham tonight or I would have popped by to say hello.

Where is he fighting, at the arena (ice stadium)

Parking can be tough around that area (some multi storeys).

If you walk out of the arena towards the city centre (up the hill into the lace market) there are some good bars as this is the 'in place' at the moment.

Continue on further to slab square and you are at the heart of the place where there is some of the more traditional places like the Bell Inn....and especialy for Pete...Yates's wine bar  ::)

Just got back from the boxing, am i gonna be able to stay awake till the Grand Prix starts  :-/
