Good evening, If any member is in the essex area could I have a huge favour... would anyone like to go and view a car I have a keen interest in?

so if anyone knows where it is, or can find out its exact location and give an opinion on what it should be worth, would be highly appreciated, if its the right car for me i'd be willing to travel the distance to get it

i'm waiting on some answers from the seller regarding service history

it was previously listed and reached £2250 but i hadnt bid on it, the seller didnt release the car because the buyer attempted to pay half cash half cheque and take the car there and then!

It looks nice that. In my opinion yes it looks sweet. If the shit hits the fan and you can't get anyone to go, when you turn up make sure it's exactly as described - if it isn't you get to walk away (or drive lol) with your cash.  

TBH mate, I doubt many will just incase they get it wrong (if you know what I mean?).

yeah i'm well prepared, it's my very minimal knowledge of cars that makes me a tad apprehensive of travelling so far for any car, let alone this one

Ideally I wanted black, but the grey is nice and is the next best thing, and everything else is exactly as I want it, I've asked the seller for some more pics as well and also MOT history

i'm quite confident I'll be well outbid but a second chance offer might get me lucky, and if it does, i'll have money left over to put anything right

I've set aside some cash to put my own car right too, but I need to have this sorted before i attempt to drive such a distance, and when i do, i'll be devastated to see mine go, cos for a 2.0 GLS its a nice tidy car with relatively low mileage, a sound engine, and nothing at all major wrong!

It certainly looks a nice motor, but with 11 bids & a few days to go the price is gonna go skywards, anyway your car looks nice too, you know what they say.The grass always seems greener on the other side

i know but if i'm lucky enough to get a second chance, having showed a genuine interest (more chance of finding rocking horse poo but ya never know) then i still have a lot of cash left over to make it a worth while buy......

I suggest you be very carefull what you say about Essex!!

Especially as you live on the wrong side of the Thames!! And before you start about the garden of England most peoples pets crap in the garden!

If you can find out where in Essex it is if its near me i could pop over, not exactly a car expert but sure i can tell if its a bucket of crud or not
