Other than the seats, wheels and front bumper, could anyone tell me the differences between them?
Does the MV6 have everything the Elite has? Rear blind & Bose Sound System etc?

Facelift Vauxhall Omega MV6 is nearer CD spec, so missing some of the toys

Opel Omega-B MV6 is the same as Vauxhall Omega Elite.

Opel MV6 has a 5 speed autobox as well.

Does the facelift MV6 have different suspension to the Elite? I know the Elite has self levelling....

I'm sure my full facelift MV6 is lower and maybe slightly stiffer.  The ride quality is much much better than my old 2.0 GLS.

The one I've seen says it has xenon's so will that mean the suspension is self leveling?

Same brakes.

HID's standard on MV6 and Elite, sensors on front and rear suspension send signal to headlight ECU that corrects headlight level using leveling motors, the suspension leveling is far too slow to react it's mainly to level out the rear when you have 3 or more in the car or have the boot loaded.

No. All V6 brakes are the same.

Only if its been maintained properlly and had self leveling replacements and not standards, something to check for!

Correct, but the summer pack which contains the sun blind was an option on a new MV6.

And I have fitted a second hand sunblind which I got from a breakers yard as the loom/harness was in place on my MV6 and the loom/harness for the heated rear leather seats is also fitted so it could be fitted very easy

Rear blind and heated rear seats are on Facelift Elite only as standard.

As Jim says, most of the looms are already in place, just a case of fitting the item, fuse, relay and switch and your away.
