Steering wheel, will it fit.
« on: 19 April 2008, 18:46:46 »

Would anyone no, or has anyone fitted a facelift steering wheel to a prefacelift ?
I would not worry about wiring the radio controls as my car does not have them anyway.

Thanks in advance

From what i've been told the steering wheel should fit ok but you will have trouble with wiring connections for the airbag.

Mine is a 96 pre-facelift Elite without adjustable column and i intend to fit an adjustable column so should overcome any wiring problems.

There's a How To in the maintainance section, give it a read, written by matchless and sounds quite easily done.
