Rear suspension: Springs
« on: 24 May 2008, 23:20:48 »

I've been searching for springs for my '00 2.5td (4 dr) but no joy.
Nothing on Fleabay (loads of dealers on there about a month ago !!) and any dealers on Tinternet offer lowering jobbies etc.
I just want standard or slightly uprated springs (not lowering).
I know I can get Eibach jobbies but I need to keep my outgoing filthy lucra to a minimum.

Any suggestions please ?

local motor factor: should be about £30 a pop.  Kayaba/Monroe should do the trick.

I've just ordered KYB (Kayaba) "Gas-a-just" for the rear I looked on the site for springs but didn't notice any. I'll check out a couple of other sites. Cheers.
