By the way, we're taking about "that substance" again, but no one's post count has been altered. Is someone asleep ?. And as a matter of interest, its either the Leicester Taxman, or Companies House who have the PO Box number 710.

I was confident enough with the V6 at the time too... (had already done plenty at that point)...

It was more a dig at the bunch over at TB's, for fobbing work off over to us  ;D  ;D  ::)

I do, Kev! But not everyone is prepared to lift 2-tonne of metal, crawl underneath on a cold winter's day and get an armload of dirty 10W/40. Sometimes getting someone else to do it seems a good idea!   ;D ;)

no need to lift the car if you get a good draining bowl.


On the later engine,  If you have my "special tool" you can also change the oil filter from above, should you so desire ;)

Why don't we....  Organise two meets during the year, and organise to service everyone's car then. That way we could buy the consumables in bulk (Good price ?), and if we were organised we could maybe source a garage with pit or ramp cheap. I'm sure we could change filters and oil quite fast, a production line. Someone like Mark Dtm keeping a watchful eye over the workforce, and TB standing by with helicoils for the stripped drain plugs !.  ;D

Well, bring your lot for a weekend to Cornwall and show me how to do it. I could then take over from you whilst you show your prowess on the V6's. Maria needs the break as well.  :y
