Doing a full fluid change on sunday but to save time is it possible to get at bleed nipple without taking wheel off?

you can but makes a mess all over your alloys unless you use a tube of some sort  :-/

  I did mine with the wheels on but make sure you use a cranked spanner as i found that a normal one is hard to turn because of the proximity of the tyre :).

  Having said that it's certainly a lot easier with the wheels off :y.

Can be done without taking wheels off. But easier with the wheels off.
